The Ellen DeGeneres Show
Following a series of accusations of a hostile work place The Ellen DeGeneres Show have made the first moves to address the claims by firing executive producers Ed Glavin and Kevin Leman as well as co-executive producer Jonathan Norman. It wasn't all departures however as long time DJ Stephen “tWitch” Boss has been promotd to co-executive producer.
Glavin being fired comes as little surprise as his name was the one mentioned in a number of complaints.
The News was broken during a virtual staff meeting led by DeGeneres who was said to be emotional but emphatic about creating a postive work enviroment. She apparently also addressed some of the claims made against her stating that she was shocked that people were told to avoid eye contact with her, she has told staff to talk to her and will be interacting more with staffers.
Going forward Mary Connelly, Andy Lassner and Derek Westervelt will be leading the talk show.

Season 18 will kick off on Monday, Sep. 21 with out a in-studio audience. She promises to address the controversy involving her show which led to an investigation and the firing of three producers.
Premiere week will see Kerry Washington, Alec Baldwin, and Chrissy Teigen appear on the show. Chris Rock, Amy Schumer, Adam Sandler and Orlando Bloom will all appear in the first month and Stephen “tWitch” Boss will guest host during the season.
