A&E Networks has picked up two miniseries both will be executive produced by Presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin and will be about Abraham Lincoln and Theodore Roosevelt.
Lincoln will be a three-part series, each part will be 2 hours and will use live-action scripted sequences, expert interviews and a historical archive of rare photographs, prints, and original documents to tell Lincoln's story from childhood to his death. The Mini-series is from Nutopia with Jane Root and Ben Goold serving as EP's with Goodwin.
Theodore Roosevelt will be a two-part series, each part will be 2 hours and will be filmed the same way as Lincoln with a combo of Live-action and interviews which will focus on his life. Leonardo DiCaprio and his Appian Way Productions will be producing the series
Both series follow History's Mini-series on Washington and Grant.
A&E has ordered 160 More Eps Of ‘Live PD’ as well as What’s It Worth? Live hosted by Jeff Foxworthy and The Quest for Lost WWE Treasures which will see Triple H and Stephanie McMahon leading a group of collectors and WWE stars on a quest to find WWE collectibles.

HBO has ordered a series based on The Last of Us franchise from Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann
Game Of Thrones and Project Blue Book actor Aidan Gillen is set to star in the series Killers Of The Cosmos for Science Channel which will see him playing a detective examining dangerous phenomena in the universe. The series is being called a genre-bending dramatized documentary.

Vice is expanding its Dark Side series to include Football and ‘90s Culture. The network recently renewed an expanded Dark Side of the Ring which explores the darker stories of the Wrestling world. The two spin-offs, The Dark Side of Football and the Dark Side of the 90's, will be like Dark Side of the Ring in that each episode will focus on a person or event that impacted the decade or sport. We can likely expect stories about OJ Simpson, Aaron Hernandez, Bill Clinton, The Patriots, etc.

Dakota Fanning has Joined Showtime’s 'Ripley' Opposite Andrew Scott. She will play Marge Sherwood, an American in Italy who suspects Tom Ripley, played by Scott.
This is Fanning's 2nd Showtime role announced this month, she was also announced as part of the Anthology Series, First Lady playing Susan Elizabeth Ford, the only daughter of President Ford and his wife Betty. She joins, Michelle Pfeiffer, as her Mother Betty Ford, and Aaron Eckhart, as her father. Also in the series is Viola Davis & O. T. Fagbenle, and Gillian Anderson. Most casting is expected to be announced
