Batman: The Long Halloween
DC's Animated films is adapting the classic Batman graphic Novel The Long Halloween. Much like the Dark Knight Returns it will be a two-part release with Part one likely being released in the Summer of 2021.
Jensen Ackles will voice Batman and in her final role, Naya Rivera will voice Catwoman. The Rest of the Main cast includes Josh Duhamel as Harvey Dent, Billy Burke as Jim Gordon, and Titus Welliver as Gotham City mob boss Carmine Falcone. Other cast members are Ant-Man's David Dastmalchian as Calendar Man, Troy Baker as Joker, Amy Landecker as Barbara Gordon, Julie Nathanson as Gilda Dent, Jack Quaid as Alberto Falcone, Fred Tatasciore as Solomon Grundy, and Alastair Duncan as Alfred.
Little is known about how the film adapts the series which covers 1 year of Batman's early career where he faces a killer who kills someone once a month on a holiday earning the name of The Holiday Killer.
