GOOD MONDAY, Jan. 6th MY FRIENDS!

Would you believe I slept in till 9:30?😮For me that is dang near unheard of! Then I had to sort laundry and get that started and I got 2 computer updates!
ANYWHO.....yesterday we got about 3/4 of the inside holiday decorations down, and stowed in tubs up in the new loft. Still have a few more things inside and then of course all the outside stuff!🤣
It is Monday, so I am doing laundry......My lungs are tight today, we really have been stirring up dust, what with all the house decor.....and we dust and blow them all off before storing. Then of course the huge mess we made out in the garage.....having sawdust and just all the old....years of dust and cobwebs in the garage, all getting blown around, and we still have half the garage to clean and organize and we still need to clean the house really well once everything is down and put away. But I do have inhalers if I need them.
It's been snowing off and on since Saturday night....but then it gets up to the lower 40's and it all melts! Some Winter...NOT!🤣
Anywho....I will be around some between laundry loads.
Have a great Monday!🌈

Sue, Ryan...I think none of us have actually had a Winter! I wonder if that bodes badly for our Summer?

It was pretty cold here back in November and early December but otherwise, the last 4 weeks or so have been a bit warmer than normal. Usually doesn't have much of an issue on the summer here outside of maybe the water depth, which was a bit high last year.

It was another quiet one here, watched some TV, classic Ghost Hunters and some shows about Egypt on NatGeo. Watched some of Raw tonight and right now I have Manifest's Season 2 premiere on.

Arranged a meeting with the Surgeon, but not until February, she's apparently in Antarctica this month, but I am going to have some scans on Wednesday which will be used at the meeting.

So far warmest winter in my life here - or rather latest, I'd say this isn't winter yet. Rain taking almost all snow, looks more like what it should've been a month ago.

Happy Tuesday, all!

A gray and dreary one here...storm front is supposed to be moving in late this afternoon/early evening. It's not too cold though, so I don't know how much of it will really be snow. We'll see.

I headed over to the Parish Center this morning and got the bulletin info. Managed to miss the secretary as she wasn't in...no great loss, I prefer it that way. Now I'm back and catching up before I see what else I can get done.

I started putting away the Christmas stuff yesterday so I may continue with that later, depends on how I feel. I woke up with a terrible sinus headache this morning...probably because of the storm from changing the air pressure.

At any rate, that's it here. Hope everyone else is enjoying their day!

GOOD TUESDAY, Jan. 7th MY FRIENDS!

Slept in a bit, then got my shower, scooped the poop in the cat boxes and finally here!
Today I need to run to the store for a bag of potatoes, hubby wants me to make him his Canadian Meat pies....never got them done before the holidays, but he's good with that....as he said, "Now I get it ALL to myself". He does like them!💖🤣
That will take most of the afternoon.....
But I won't have to cook dinner cause one of those will be dinner...add a nice salad and done. 😺
Looks like the sun is actually trying to come out, that would be nice. Been so socked in the last few days....but temps have been in the upper 30's to low 40's, so whatever precip falls it's not sticking around.
Anywho.....Here's to you all....have a fantastic day!🌈
NOW I AM RUNNING REALLY LATE! Got to the store and have my meat pie filling cooking, at least that is something!

Ryan...That is true, where you live there is not much drought. LOL
Does make for a nice Winter though..not much shoveling snow!
WOW! Antarctica?? That is something. You will have something to talk about besides your surgery....Is this one going to be as long to recover from?

Kunisto...that is us! We've had all rain except for 3 inches at Thanksgiving. Some flurries that melted before we had to even go out...and WARM..never have dug my actual coat out yet!

Sue...sorry you have such a nasty sinus headache. That happens a lot this time of year...it's the only thing I need a migraine medicine for...the rest of the year, I am fine..

Happy Wednesday, all!

Whew...turned out to be a busy one today, which is why I'm just playing catch up now. Got the bulletin done this morning with no real problems, surprisingly, and got a job from my client which I put in the hopper for tomorrow as my sister texted me and said they wanted to come and do some Etsy work. So everyone showed up for lunch and then we got to work inventorying/photographing stuff while Leon watched a movie.

They all went home a little while ago so I'm just catching up before I make supper. It got really cold as the day went on today and was REALLY windy all day. We had a couple of flurries at one point but that was about it for precip. Supposed to stay cold tomorrow and then shoot up to the 50's on Friday and the upper 60's on Saturday...go figure!

Anyway, that's it here...hope everyone else has been having a good one!

GOOD THURSDAY, Jan. 9th MY FRIENDS!☕☕

Gonna be a long day....since I only got to sleep at 3:30AM thanks to a jerk off neighbor directly across the road from our bedroom window, and their barking Chihuahua ...it barks day and night....I don't know how the neighbor on the same side of the street as that dog sleeps....he's even closer! One of my biggest pet peeves are humans who don't give a damn how their animals are impacting the neighborhood!😠
I contacted the city/police department this morning and they gave me the number to the ordinance office, and they forwarded my message to same....I hope it's the same lady I helped before with the 3 dogs that were running all over the place last year! LOL
And of course being Thursday, it's shopping with Mom so I could not even sleep in.....Yep...gonna be a long day!
Anywho....here's hoping you all have a great day!🌈

Sorry....really running through!

Happy Thursday, all!

Hope everyone's been having a good one. Once again I'm playing catch up. Got the job for my client done this morning then ran out to the grocery store to restock the pantry/fridge. So now I'm finally getting to do other stuff online.

It was COLD today, only in the low 30's, but it's supposed to be back up to the 50's tomorrow and in the upper 60's Saturday. Just crazy!

So that's about it here...enjoy what's left of your day! emoticon

Queeny...must have been the night for annoying neighbors. One of mine across the street was playing the drums until almost 2:30 a.m. He's done it before but never that late...pain in the ass!

HI Di HO GANG!
Mom and I had a very good ladies day out, even though I was not 100% cause of the barking dog issue. But we went to Walmart, then Waremart, then to Tractor Supply....then we stopped at Plaza and had a hot cinnamon roll and a couple of cups of tea. It was gorgeous starting out.....no wind, bright blue skies, lots of sun and the mountains around us all covered in snow....brilliant white. By the time we left Plaza the winds were howling and the temps dropping....brrrrrr....we hightailed it home. Got everything put away and posting now...for a bit.
Oh and I texted the Ordinance office and sent the video I took at 2am of the dog barking and told him it was barking now...this was at 2:30PM. He texted me back that he would be here soon....at that time he did not know who I was. I saw him pull up on our side of the street from the dog. And it got really quiet there! Not a single bark!! Grrrrrrrrr......but there was another one going off 3 house further up the street...we actually have about 6 dogs here that bark off and on. But when he pulled up, I walked out...I did not care if they or anyone saw me out there. And we talked...he knew who I was from the time I kept that big dog who was running...in my backyard till he got there. Anywho...he said anytime that dog gets to barking, video with sound....every time. He said that way if the people want to contest the citation it in court, we have he evidence. Then he said, text or call me anytime during the day, and after 5 call the non emergency number for the police and they will swing by, document it and knock on the door to tell them to quiet their dog. Day or night....their Nuisance ordinance is for anything that bothers others....dogs barking, loud music...within reason. But we should not have to endure it more than a 15 to 20 minutes or so...I was thinking HOURS...but nope. So that makes me feel better....He also documented the other dogs...just in case! He drove around here for a good 20 minutes, stopping and listening...and there were several dogs going off...just not the chihuahua..LOL

SUE....Drums? What an ass! emoticon Do you all have what they call a nuisance ordinance? It's for anything that bothers others and stops them from enjoying their own home. I had to find ours on the city's website under ordinances...

EDITING TO ADD....oh RYAN....it's 2020 emoticon
