Among the authors writing stories for the novel, Meg Cabot (Princess Diaries), Adam Christopher (Empire State), Polygon’s Griffin McElroy, Ken Liu (Grace of Kings), Nnedi Okorafor (Binti), Daniel José Older (Half-Resurrection Blues), and Star Wars Vets Alexander Freed (Rogue One novelization / Battlefront: Twilight Company), Paul Kemp (Crosscurrent / Riptide), John Jackson Miller (New Dawn / Kenobi), and Christie Golden (Inferno Squad / Dark Disciple). The Novel will include 40 stories, in honor of the Saga's 40th anniversary, that center on random background characters from the films much like the Tales anthology series which was edited by Kevin J.
