Youtube TV

Youtube is entering the TV Market with Youtube TV, joining the likes of DirecTV Now, Sling TV and Sony’s PlayStation Vue. Set to launch in a few months with more than 40 channels at $35 a month, Beating Hulu and Apple TV who are both working on live streaming TV services as well.

Among the channels that will be available are the big four, ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox and their associated cable channels, Viewers can include Showtime for an extra fee. Also included with the service will be YouTube Red original TV and film content, but not Youtube Red itself, and users can have up to six accounts per subscription. A Major high point, however, is the unlimited cloud-based DVR where users can subscribe to a show and all episodes will be uploaded to the cloud for viewing anywhere as long as you have a connection.

Re: Youtube TV

Youtube TV has gone live in five major markets, New York, Los Angeles, the San Francisco Bay Area, Chicago, and Philadelphia; with Disney, CBS, Fox, and Comcast’s NBCUniversal, They will be adding AMC soon as well. This will give Youtube TV at least 50 networks with sports (ESPN, Fox Sports Networks, Comcast SportsNet), news (CNBC, MSNBC and Fox News Channel) and entertainment (FX, USA, Disney Channel and Bravo).

They will be adding more markets soon
