Gina Carano is finally playing a Comic Book heroine, just not Wonder Woman. She has been tapped to play the lead character, Avengelyne, in a film based on the comic book series created by Rob Liefeld.
First Published in 1995, Avengelyne is a fallen Angel cast to Earth with the mission to find and protect “The One," a person who holds the key to mankind's survival.
